Returns & refunds

We want you to love what you bring home. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or at care@yourstore.demo, with photos and the unboxing video. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Handwoven and hand block printed pieces vary a little in colour and texture; that is part of how they're made and isn't a defect.

Refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method in 5–7 working days. Cash on delivery refunds are sent by UPI or bank transfer.

We don't take back used items, or items returned without a request.
